Could you use a 9kg gas bottle as a boiler for a steam engine?

I am thinking of building a steam engine, hopefully with a compressor pump, then it occurred to me that i could use a nine kilo gas bottle for the boiler, with a gas burner underneath, of course i wouldn’t use the rubber gas lines, i figure a gas bottle would probably be stronger and safer than something i could make, any ideas?
