i mean i know what my family likes so i think i’ve made some pretty good choices but i’m just wondering if you think these gifts are cool.
i’m on a tighter budget than usually this year cuz i charged a trip to disney world on my credit card and i need to put $100 on that this month plus i’m takinng $200 to spend there so i am out $300 that i could usually use for xmas gifts so i’m trying to stick to a $30 present per person.

other sister (25) and her husband (29): a half hour couples massage

niece (7 months): pack of 2 sleepers, pack of 5 onesies, and a toy tv controller
and mest best friend (22): gift card to batha nd body works

SOS to the UK / ex-patriots: I need a good recipe for steamed Christmas pudding?

When I was little growing up in The Colonies my mother made the best Christmas pudding with carrots as the main ingredient. It tasted fantastic, with the (non-alcoholic) hard sauce, like a carrot cake “on steroids”. She is gone, and alas, I have no recipe. Every recipe I have tried for plum pudding or Christmas pudding of any type has not been very good, to the point that I am the only one who will eat them, just because I worked so hard on them (and the ingredients are so dear). Help, please!
