I need help on a couple of physics problems, please!?

A force of 347 N is applied horizontally to a wooden crate in order to displace it 35.0 m across a level floor at a constant velocity. As a result of this work the crate’s internal energy is increased by an amount equal to 18 percent of the crate’s initial internal energy. Calculate the initial internal energy of the crate.

Helium in a toy balloon does 340 J of work on its surroundings as it expands with a constant pressure of 254000 Pa in excess of atmospheric pressure. The balloon’s final volume is .0015 m^3. From this information, determine the initial volume of the gas in the balloon.

Water at 100.0°C is placed in an open pan and vaporized at 101000 Pa when 647000 J is added The initial volume of the water is 255 cm3, and the final volume of the steam is 421000 cm3.
(a.) What is the overall change in the internal energy of the gas?
(b.)Find the change in the internal energy of the system.
